EXPOSED: By Quality Expert Boeing Shareholder DARYL GUBERMAN: Boeing's 24-Year AS9100 Certification Fraud - Clause-by-Clause Collapse Endangering 12,000+ Commercial & 400+ Military Aircraft

Press release from: GUBERMAN-PMC,LLC

AS 9100 CLAUSE BY CLAUSE BOEING 24 YEAR FAILURE!!

AS 9100 CLAUSE BY CLAUSE BOEING 24 YEAR FAILURE!!

Boeing's absence of independent AS9100 certification since 2002 - while forcing it on every supplier - created a defective quality regime that produced roughly 12,000+ commercial aircraft and 400+ military jets under UNCERTIFIED conditions. As a 40-year aerospace quality assurance expert, Boeing shareholder, and October 2024 on-site investigator at Everett, Renton, Auburn, and Northfield facilities,

I, Daryl Guberman, reveal how specific AS9100 clauses prove Boeing's failure was structural, indefensible, and catastrophic.

The NTSB's June 2025 Alaska Airlines Flight 1282 report exposes symptoms - "systemic" gaps, missing oversight, undocumented factory work. I expose the cause: Boeing dismantled required quality architecture two decades ago. https://www.ntsb.gov/news/press-releases/Pages/NR20250624.aspx

Why Boeing Failed AS9100: Clause-by-Clause Breakdown

Boeing's 2002 supplier bulletins mandated AS9100/NADCAP while halting on-site audits and skipping its own certification. Here's why each critical clause failed without independent OEM-Original Equipment Manufacturer oversight - and why Boeing had to be certified.

Clause 4.4 - QMS Maintenance & Continual Improvement

Boeing's Failure: Self-control cannot verify if processes are implemented beyond documentation. Boeing normalized systemic defects (missing bolts, incomplete job packets) my 2024 inspections confirmed.

Why Certification Required: Third-party audits test real interfaces between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality. Without this, Clause 4.4 becomes meaningless self-attestation - explicitly prohibited for OEMs. like Boeing

Clause 7.1.5 - Measurement Traceability & Calibration

Boeing's Failure: No independent validation of calibration intervals, metrology discipline, or out-of-tolerance responses. Counterfeit titanium with falsified hardness testing passed unchecked.

Why Certification Required: Traceability demands accredited auditors confirm national standard compliance across Boeing's entire measurement system - impossible via internal assurances or supplier certificates alone.

Clause 8.4 - Control of External Providers

Boeing's Failure: Demanded certified suppliers but substituted certificates for audits, creating one-way accountability. Suppliers like BAOTi/YS{Ti slipped substandard material through pristine paperwork. https://jdasolutions.aero/blog/what-to-do-global-aviation-supply-chain-attacked/

Why Certification Required: The clause assumes a certified OEM evaluates supplier performance via data and on-site verification. Uncertified Boeing couldn't credibly enforce what it refused - collapsing supply chain integrity.

Clause 8.5.1-8.5.2 - Identification & Traceability

Boeing's Failure: No enforced configuration control or record preservation. NTSB-confirmed "undocumented door plug work" = systemic traceability breakdown.

Why Certification Required: Traceability is a certified system property requiring independent verification through every production stage - not optional paperwork Boeing could ignore.

Clause 10.2 - Nonconformance Control & Corrective Action

Boeing's Failure: Self-performed root cause analysis degraded to symptom fixes and repetition. My 2024 findings: no functioning corrective action system anywhere.

Why Certification Required: Only third-party surveillance tests if actions prevent recurrence - versus Boeing's procedural theater hiding "repetitive and systemic" NTSB-cited failures.

The Metallurgical Time Bomb & Market Deception

Improperly heat-treated titanium/aluminum passed initial specs but now accumulates fatigue across a fleet aging 20+ years. Welding, vibration, and stress expose hidden brittleness - MD-11 cargo crash was the warning.

Boeing's false "AS9100 compliant" claims (ANAB Management System Accreditation Committee Boeing sat on board that can grant suspend and withdraw certification (2014-2024) In concert with VP of Quality Elizabeth Lund Reuters interview (June 27, 2024) https://www.reuters.com/business/aerospace-defense/boeing-brief-european-regulators-new-production-plans-after-737-max-panel-2024-06-27/ may have misled:

Investors (BlackRock, Vanguard): Fake governance risk data

Logistics (FedEx, UPS, Amazon Air): Invalid "aerospace-grade" cargo handling

Insurers (AIG, Lloyd's): Billions underwritten on fabricated quality assurances

Boeing's 2014-2024 ANAB committee seat amplified the fraud - controlling accreditation it dodged.

During my October 2024 (to corroborate VP Lund's Boeing Interview) to Everett, Renton, Auburn, and Northfield, I documented:

• No internal audit program

• No AS9100‐required documentation controls

• Missing or incomplete job packets

• Employees unaware of AS9100 requirements

• No functioning corrective‐action system
• No evidence of internal verification of supplier compliance

Evidence & Demands:

Investigations. DARYL GUBERMAN available for testimony and full evidence review.

My documentation includes:

• 2002 supplier bulletins proving audit termination

• 2024 facility findings (no audits, unaware employees)

• Video: "The Shields of Death" https://youtu.be/zweWbsIGc7o

• Full analysis: https://youtu.be/diFKPrlcJuM

• Press Releases: https://pressroom.prlog.org/daryl1962/

Immediate Actions Required:

1. FAA/DOJ/SEC: Mandate Boeing AS9100 certification + 23-year audit disclosure

2. Fleet-wide material verification (2002-2026 production)

3. Fiduciary fraud probes for investors/insurers

4. Supplier re-qualification under certified OEM

The Industry-Wide Contamination: Boeing, ANAB, ANSI & Global Fraud

No attorney, no journalist, no federal agency has brought everything together as the 40-year quality specialist expert and Boeing shareholder DARYL GUBERMAN has - exposing the largest industrial and fiduciary impropriety the world has ever seen. This scandal affects not just aerospace, but every industry worldwide.

Boeing should have obtained AS9100 certification as the industry leader setting standards everyone followed - but instead, it dodged certification for 24 years while sitting on ANAB's Management Systems Accreditation Committee (2014-2024), where it could grant, suspend, or withdraw certifications for others.

ANAB-ANSI enabled this travesty, allowing Boeing to remain uncertified while funneling suppliers into ANAB-accredited certification - no alternatives allowed. This created Sherman Act and Clayton Act violations, as Boeing and ANAB locked out competition and forced the defective "certificates over audits" pattern industry-wide.

Lockheed Martin and other primes followed suit, prioritizing profit over people and verification - poisoning suppliers and smaller manufacturers who mimicked the shortcuts. When giants abandon the safeguards they preach - enabled by corrupt accreditation bodies - the entire global ecosystem pays with hidden defects, eroded trust, and fleet-wide fatigue risks.

The Global Collapse: MRA, MLA, and the International Contamination

This is not just a national failure. The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB) are internationally recognized under the Multilateral Agreement (MLA) and Multi-regional Agreement (MRA) - meaning their corrupted practices were replicated and accepted worldwide.

Every country that accepted ANSI-ANAB accreditation under these agreements became part of the same broken system. The result: global degradation of certification integrity across aerospace, medical, automotive, electronics, defense, laboratories, energy, and beyond.

Boeing and ANAB didn't just break the rules - they rewrote the architecture of global certification to eliminate accountability. And the world followed.
