Press release from: GUBERMAN-PMC,LLC

"Airbus's Gain Will Be Boeing's Demise in Quality, Market Share, and Trust"

"Airbus's Gain Will Be Boeing's Demise in Quality, Market Share, and Trust"

Daryl Guberman, a globally recognized quality expert with over 40 years of experience spanning aerospace, medical implants, nuclear, and other critical industries, has officially extended his assistance to Airbus to ensure that the company retains, maintains, and sustains its standing as the world's leading manufacturer of safe, reliable, and radiant commercial aircraft.

Mr. Guberman is no stranger to the challenges facing aerospace quality. On April 17, 2024, he attended the DHS Subcommittee Whistleblower Meeting concerning Boeing's deeply concerning quality practices. At that meeting, Mr. Guberman revealed that Boeing had abandoned on-site supplier audits for more than 22 years, relying instead on a paper-based certification system riddled with conflicts of interest. Boeing simultaneously forced suppliers into AS9100 certification under the watch of ANSI-ANAB, where Boeing held influence on the accreditation committees that could grant, suspend, or withdraw certifications.

"Boeing sat on both sides of the table - enforcing AS9100 on their suppliers while sitting inside the very accreditation bodies that governed certification," Guberman stated. "That is a recipe for systemic failure."

BOEING'S LEADERSHIP VOID IN QUALITY

Mr. Guberman also raised alarm about the leadership of Elizabeth Lund, Boeing's Vice President of Quality with over 30 years at the company. Despite her tenure, Lund demonstrated little understanding of AS9100 when asked in public forums. For three decades she remained silent while aircraft quality diminished and crashes mounted.

"Silence in the face of failure is complicity," Guberman said.

His findings are reinforced by investigative work he conducted personally in Everett, Renton, Auburn, and Northfield, Washington during October 2024. At Boeing strike sites, employees confirmed management's neglect:
• No meaningful internal audits despite claims of AS9100 "compliance."

• Employees unaware of AS9100 standards entirely.

• Stress-driven culture, where 75% of the workforce had only 3-5 years' experience, and only 25% had 10+ years, a stark imbalance for an industry requiring seasoned expertise.

• Management prioritizing schedule over training and quality, leaving employees demoralized and unsupported.

This environment, Mr. Guberman warns, is "a recipe for disaster that will ripple through Boeing's production lines, delivery schedules, and-most importantly-passenger safety."

THE ACCREDITATION WEB: HIDDEN LIABILITIES

Mr. Guberman also highlighted the structural flaws in the accreditation system. ANSI-ANAB, which oversees AS9100 certifications, is directly tied to the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), incorporated in Delaware, and its sister body in Australia. Both organizations are associations of accreditation bodies. ANSI-ANAB are the originators of the IAF they are also underwriters of certification systems worldwide. This means they carry legal liability for systemic or product failures, yet their accountability mechanisms remain hidden from the public eye.

A CLEAR CONTRAST: AIRBUS

While Boeing descends into quality chaos, Airbus has an unparalleled opportunity.

"It might put pressure on Boeing if Boeing learns that I am possibly seeking employment with Airbus," Guberman noted. "Airbus can build on its existing strengths, outpace Boeing not only in market share but also in trust, dependability, and brand equity. What Airbus gains in partnership with me will directly translate into Boeing's continued decline. Boeing's management will escape with millions, but employees and customers will continue to suffer."

With decades of proof behind him, Mr. Guberman positions himself as the dark horse that Boeing desperately needed but never embraced. Now, Airbus may be the lucky company to benefit from his unparalleled expertise and copious knowledge of both quality systems and systemic failures within the aerospace industry.

DARYL GUBERMAN'S OFFER TO AIRBUS

Mr. Guberman is offering Airbus the benefit of his 40+ years of hands-on experience in:

• Developing and sustaining bulletproof quality management systems.

• Conducting uncompromising supplier and internal audits that expose weaknesses before they become failures.

• Strengthening compliance beyond paper standards, ensuring quality lives on the production floor.

• Building resilient corporate cultures that reduce stress, turnover, and inexperience while elevating pride, safety, and precision.

"Airbus's gain will be Boeing's demise," Guberman said. "By embedding genuine quality at every level-from supplier audits to executive accountability-Airbus can cement its place as the gold standard of aviation, while Boeing collapses under the weight of its neglected processes."
