• Stress-driven culture, where 75% of the workforce had only 3-5 years' experience, and only 25% had 10+ years, a stark imbalance for an industry requiring seasoned expertise.

• Management prioritizing schedule over training and quality, leaving employees demoralized and unsupported.

This environment, Mr. Guberman warns, is "a recipe for disaster that will ripple through Boeing's production lines, delivery schedules, and-most importantly-passenger safety."

THE ACCREDITATION WEB: HIDDEN LIABILITIES

ANSI-ANAB, which oversees AS9100 certifications, is directly tied to the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), incorporated in Delaware, and its sister body in Australia. Both organizations are associations of accreditation bodies. ANSI-ANAB are the originators of the IAF they are also underwriters of certification systems worldwide. This means they carry legal liability for systemic or product failures, yet their accountability mechanisms remain hidden from the public eye.
