Press release from: American Deer & Wildlife Alliance

/ PR Agency: Meng & Associates
AUSTIN, Texas — As advertising clutter increases and urban voices drown out those within the wildlife industry, many industry leading companies and organizations are applauding the creation of the all-new American Deer & Wildlife Alliance™ (ADWA), a new non-profit organization formed to better represent deer and wildlife associations, industry professionals and equipment manufacturers on a national level.

The ADWA will partner with companies and organizations within the industry to promote their products, services, membership benefits and overall growth of the industry through education and aggressive public relations. Serving as a ‘PR engine’ for its members, ADWA combines the benefits of marketing and education to inspire credibility among consumers and unity within the industry, and ADWA will broadcast public policy messages to more than 70 million households beginning in June.

“While most conservation or wildlife associations seek sponsors so the organizations can further their goals, ADWA was founded to promote the products and services of the sponsors and increase participation within the industry as a whole,” says Keith Warren, executive producer and host of Keith Warren’s Hunting & Outdoor Adventures which is seen on the Outdoor Channel. “Of course, all of us working within the wildlife industry still have our own specific goals, but it’s important to pull together to promote and grow the industry — and that’s what ADWA is about. I’m proud to be a member.”

ADWA Director of Operations Annie Jones explains that ADWA is a member-driven alliance and it exists to promote members and the industry as a whole more than any one agenda.

“By combining resources,” says Jones, “ADWA members more efficiently ensure the promotion and continued growth of the wildlife industry nationwide. ADWA offers wildlife-related organizations and companies unique advantages not found in any other single marketing vehicle.”

ADWA annual membership benefits will include:
• Give member products and services national exposure
• PR opportunities for members and policies which promote wildlife management and the hunting industry
• ADWA Buyers’ Guide, a fully integrated online service for new customers to locate member products and services
• Provide free news and information about deer, wildlife and hunting legislation which effect businesses and consumers.
• National manufacturer/rep job posting service
• Member discounts to reduce operating costs
• Grow the industry, which means more distribution channels for member products and services, more customers, and more business for everyone, as well as the preservation of hunting and agricultural traditions.

Many of the online benefits will be available with the launch of ADWA’s new dynamic website next month.
