BB King's Blues Club rolls out the red carpet for the grand opening of 102.7 KIIS FM’s Celebrity Fridays

CN Publicity, Inc. – April 29, 2008 – On Friday, April 25th, 2008 BB King's Blues Club was host to one of the biggest opening nights in North Hollywood, CA to celebrate the grand opening of 102.7 KIIS FM’s Celebrity Fridays, presented by ADM productions, Usual Suspects and Celebrity Nightlife Publicity, Inc. The evening garnered celebrities from the fashion, music and television industries. Trendsetters, industry insiders, models, fashion experts, and several of Hollywood's hottest young Actors and Actresses gathered at BB Kings Restaurant and Nightclub in Universal CityWalk to mark this dazzling occasion.

The evening was a star-lit red carpet affair that had all the ingredients of a 'MTV Award Ceremony'; complete with local press photographers and film crews from Maximo TV and The Weekend Gamer. The invited guests were treated to live music, red carpet, full bar, and dancing hosted by KIIS FM's own DJ Drew and Sisanie. "It was exciting to see so many celebrities in one place," said London Moore, Co-Partner and Event Publicist "I have been to hundreds of red carpets but I've never seen an event where young adults could party in the same place as their favorite Hollywood stars."

Various celebrities came out to celebrate the freshest nightlife experience with 102.7 KIIS FM and Celebrity Fridays. Actress Jennifer Freeman from ABC’s “My Wife and Kids”, Lil Al B Sure from “Rock the Cradle of Love”, Alexis Stone Lopez, “American Idol – Season One”, Nadine Vinzens “Miss Switzerland”, Actress Alanna Ubach “Legally Blonde”, Actress Danielle Savre “Bring it On: All or Nothing”, Actor Jonathan Levit TV Host of VH1 Realtity Show “CelebraCadabera”, and Actress Francia Rasia from “Bring it On: All or Nothing” were among some of the celebrities to light up the red carpet at Celebrity Fridays Grand Opening.

ABOUT 'CELEBRITY FRIDAYS"

This spring, KIIS FM (102.7FM), ADM Production, Celebrity Nightlife Events, and Usual Suspects presents "Celebrity Fridays".

The official launch of Celebrity Fridays is scheduled for Friday, April 25th of 2008, Celebrity Fridays is located on the 2nd level of the Universal City Walk Complex inside the world famous BB Kings Restaurant/Nightclub and opens its doors every Friday at 8 p.m. with the party continuing until 2 a.m. As an alternative to hitting the local bar on Friday nights, Celebrity Fridays offers college students 18 and older three levels of music ranging from hip-hop, R&B, salsa and reggaeton from the main room, with the first of its kind "a weekly red carpet and step & repeat" hosted by a new celebrity each and every Friday. This unique setup offers attendees the opportunity to meet their idol and photograph with them on the red carpet.

In addition, Celebrity Fridays offers live music, dinner, drink specials, dancing, a radio host and a KIIS FM 102.7 Disk Jockey. With multiple full-service bars, booths with plasma televisions and two gorgeous go go dancers, Celebrity Fridays offers both the dance floor and the entertainment.

Celebrity Fridays is one of the few events in the city that not only provides for the younger college crowd, but also takes care of its older cliental, offering drink specials for ladies until midnight and a VIP area with tables and plenty of lush couches to hold around 100 club attendees. The dance floor and bar downstairs can accommodate almost 500 people, and after renovations downstairs are completed, the newly undisclosed venue name will be able to accommodate 600 people in its sophisticated lounge like atmosphere. Cover charge can range from free to $20 and dress code is always enforced so plan appropriately.
