"In the future, it will be less about tasks that can be performed by machines and more about the ability to think creatively and solve problems that machines cannot. AI also makes mistakes. And that requires people who have a clear head and can recognize them."

Adaptability as the key to success

The changes brought about by digitalization and AI require constant further development. An interesting comparison can be drawn from the movie Avatar: The Way of Water. The Na'vi must constantly face new challenges, adapt and find innovative solutions in order to survive. They realize that true strength lies not in technology, but in the ability to constantly reinvent themselves and react to change.

Max may feel overtaken by technology and stick to his routine until he is no longer needed. And that happens quickly. But the real key is to embrace change and continuously develop your skills. And that can be really fun! AI will not replace people's jobs - it will transform them. Those who recognize, develop and adapt their strengths will always be needed. Even in the digital future.

The importance of human skills in an AI-driven future

A 2020 study by the World Economic Forum shows that by 2025, the demand for social skills such as empathy, communication and collaboration will increase by 26%, while routine skills will increasingly be taken over by machines. And 2025 is already in the past. We are in 2026, we are in the future. Creativity, emotional intelligence and the ability to solve problems are precisely the qualities that machines will never be able to take over completely - and it is precisely these skills that will be increasingly in demand.
