D'Art Powers Studds' Retail Expansion And Develops India's First PHYGITAL Helmet Store

To accomplish this, Studds decided to join forces with D'Art Private Limited, a prominent retail branding and marketing agency that is known for delivering integrated solutions under one roof.The agency has a separate team for every work, including strategy, design, and execution. All teams closely collaborate with each other to deliver the best results possible. When Studds approached D'Art, their team followed a very unique approach. Instead of just treating helmets as products, they decided to revamp how safety gear and other accessories could be displayed in a modern retail setting. To accomplish this, the team built the entire concept around "The Legendary Heritage."
Every retail decision, from strategy and store design to materials, fixtures, and digital features, was strategically implemented across the entire store. All these initiatives and attention to detail further resulted in the development of the first ever phygital helmet store in India, which was launched in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This respective space is an immersive blend of physical exploration and digital interaction. It allows visitors to discover the available products in an engaging as well as a unique manner.
The phygital store in Dehradun has a lot of unique touchpoints that allow customers to seamlessly interact with products and properly understand the value of each one of them. Some of the main examples that support this statement include elements like digital interactive displays, tech enabled product tables, VR (virtual reality) based experiences, etc. Also, the helmet sanitization that was used to sanitize the safety gear available inside the store, and for those who came as visitors, was indeed a unique feature.

Also, Studds wanted to incorporate in-store activations that made the customer's experience even more immersive. The firm added immersive elements that boosted engagement and eventually increased sales. Also, customers left with a memorable experience that resulted in lasting impact, recall, and revisits.
