At MAME 2007, L&A, along with Horizon Communities, took home the Best Brochure award (for a community priced under $500,000). Recognizing major achievements in marketing excellence, MAME is the premier awards event for Southern California homebuilders and their partners.

The Sales & Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association of Southern California presented MAME 2007 on Saturday, April 19. L&A’s innovative brochure for the La Puerta new home neighborhood in Adelanto was among the exceptional work recognized.

The La Puerta brochure was printed on a single sheet of paper to meet the client’s goal of keeping costs down. One side of the brochure featured the affordable new homes of La Puerta.

The opposite side included a regional map that helped prospects navigate the area and find nearby schools, shopping and more. The map was so useful and unique that the local Chamber of Commerce also distributed the brochure – giving the neighborhood even more valuable exposure.

Consistently winning awards for its work with new home builders, L&A Marketing and Advertising has been an industry collaborator since 1989. The privately owned agency emphasizes research-driven, cost-effective strategies and has built a solid reputation for prompt, hands-on service.
