Image: https://www.globalnewslines.com/uploads/2025/12/9749ddd822d29c76e4846494d2851662.jpgRobert Balina is the Team Leader of Synergize Realty and Synergize Property Management, two sister companies serving residential and commercial clients across Northern California, the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, the Central Valley, Fresno, and Sacramento regions. TeamSynergize's one core goal is to help new and seasoned investors build long term wealth while giving them a team that can buy, sell, and fully manage their properties under one roof.
Unlike many traditional brokerages that stop at the sale transaction, TeamSynergize continues where others end. TeamSynergize provides full-scale property management, making it possible for clients to expand their portfolios without dealing with tenant challenges, maintenance coordination, rent accounting or the day-to-day responsibilities that typically overwhelm investors. For many of TeamSynergize's clients, this combined approach has resulted in higher income, best price evaluations, smarter decisions, and far more stability across their assets.
Robert Balina's expertise comes from a lifetime inside the industry. A second generation Realtor, he discovered his passion early and pursued it with full commitment. His late aunt, Cristina Martinez, was a successful real estate broker and was featured in the New York Times Bestseller book "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent". Before most people of Robert's age had even chosen a career, he was already enrolled at Mike Ferry's Productivity School and later with Tom Ferry Coaching learning real estate marketing and sales strategies. Robert earned his real estate license in 1998 while still a college sophomore and immediately began working in the traditional way. Door-to-door, phone prospecting, FSBOs, expired listings, and hands on experience with hundreds of clients. After completing his B S degree in education in 2000, he became a buyer's agent and listing agent for Cristina Martinez's top producing brokerage team for Century 21 that shaped the foundation of his future business. In 2009, he became the number one producing agent for an independent brokerage firm in Silicon Valley. That success gave him the momentum to start-up launch Synergize Realty and Synergize Property Management in 2012 with a loyal base of clients already behind him.
TeamSynergize's clientele reflects the diversity of Silicon Valley. High net worth tech executives, medical professionals, baby boomers preparing for long term investments, and many foreigners immigrant families seeking the security of homeownership as a symbol of the American dream. TeamSynergize's ability to teach, explain, and guide with patience has made Robert a trusted advisor for nearly three decades. Even with twenty five years in the industry he believes his career is still building toward its strongest chapter.
Synergize Realty and Synergize Property Management have become known for individualized service and collaborative teamwork. TeamSynergize helps clients buy, sell, expand, or downsize their portfolios while also managing the properties they acquire. This complete cycle of support gives investors a smoother experience and far greater confidence when navigating California's competitive markets.
The company's reputation is backed by years of client success stories. Investors who struggled managing rentals on their own found that TeamSynergize brought them more income even after management fees. Buyers who had spent years with no results found their dream home in months. Sellers who needed strong negotiation found in Robert a calm but relentless advocate. Across reviews, clients consistently describe him as responsive, insightful, reliable, and skilled at simplifying complex transactions.
Robert has built his business while raising a family and staying deeply connected to his community. He currently serves as a board director of the Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association and remains an active member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors celebrating twenty five years of membership.
Today TeamSynergize continues to grow into one of the most complete investor focused real estate teams in Northern California. With decades of service and a portfolio of residential and commercial clients, the company is positioned as a trusted partner for anyone looking to build long term real estate wealth with support that extends far beyond the closing table.
