Reshaping the Planet's Future with Green Technology
China Supply Chain Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3708) × Tetronis Limited
Announces the world's only "Kodon Technology" - Building the world's largest data center within an office space in Hong Kong.
A live demonstration successfully compressed an MP4 video by over 50,000 times.
(Hong Kong, November 16, 2025) -
China Supply Chain Holdings Limited ("the Company" or "3708") (Stock Code: 3708) today announced the signing of the second Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tetronis Limited, marking the collaboration to establish the world's first "office-grade ultra-high-density data center" in Hong Kong using the groundbreaking Kodon Technology.
In the live demonstration, the new technology showcased an unprecedented compression capability - successfully compressing an MP4 video file by more than 50,000 times, transforming several megabytes of data into an extremely short code (Token) and then fully restoring the original video offline, setting a world record.
World's First: Creating the Largest Data Center in an Office Unit
While traditional data centers require vast servers, cooling systems, and land resources, the collaboration between 3708 × Tetronis will achieve the equivalent capacity of hundreds of conventional data centers within a standard office unit of less than 100 square meters.
The core Kodon Technology can convert any data - videos, images, or system files - into a short digital string (Kodon Token) that can be perfectly reconstructed without loss.
This breakthrough symbolizes the first time in human history that "mathematics replaces hardware" to achieve ultra-dense data storage.
Live Demonstration: MP4 Compressed Over 50,000× - A World-Class Breakthrough
During two technical demonstration sessions, Kodon Technology successfully compressed an MP4 video of several megabytes into a code of only a few dozen bytes, achieving a compression ratio of over 50,000:1,
and fully restored the original video in an offline, network-isolated environment.
The demonstration was witnessed by:
● Representatives of global family trusts
● Leaders in the international semiconductor and storage chip supply chain
● High-net-worth investors
This marks the first time in history that a technology has achieved such a level of compression and restoration entirely offline - a milestone in the history of data science.
Saving Energy, Water, and Space - The World's Most Eco-Friendly Data Center
Thanks to the extreme efficiency of Kodon Technology, the next-generation data centers built by 3708 × Tetronis will:
● Save over 95% of power consumption
● Save over 95% of cooling water usage
● Reduce 99% of required physical space
● Provide over 100,000× higher storage density
Traditional data centers are among the largest electricity consumers on Earth. This new technology enables Hong Kong to establish the world's greenest, most energy-efficient, and lowest-emission data center infrastructure.
By using "one office space" to host "world-class data capacity," 3708 redefines how future data centers will be built.
Leadership Remarks
Mr. Li Jing, Chairman of China Supply Chain Holdings Limited, stated: "With a single office, we can hold hundreds or even thousands of times the capacity of a traditional data center. Kodon Technology empowers Hong Kong to build the world's largest data centers while saving energy, water, and real estate costs - creating real, measurable benefits for the planet."
Mr. Dickson Ng, Founder of Tetronis Limited, said:
"In the live demonstration, we successfully achieved 50,000× compression of an MP4 file - something never seen before in the world. Kodon Technology is not an improvement, it's a revolution. It allows humanity to process massive worlds with minimal resources."
Future Outlook: Hong Kong as the Global Benchmark
The two parties plan to launch the world's first office-grade ultra-high-density data center in 2026, expanding the technology to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, establishing a global green data network.
This data center will become the new global standard for data technology and sustainable development.
