Many small and medium-sized companies are currently facing growing challenges: an ever-increasing number of individual software solutions, scattered data and complex processes that tie up time and resources in day-to-day work. The Gesellschaft f?r Arbeitsmethodik e. V. is addressing this issue in a new webinar and presenting the CloudOffix platform, an approach that aims to standardize digital structures and simplify decision-making processes.

CloudOffix pursues a solution that is particularly relevant for SMEs: instead of connecting numerous isolated solutions, the platform combines data, applications and workflows in a common environment. This creates a consistent digital ecosystem that creates transparency and significantly reduces administrative effort.

One focus of the webinar is on the practical use of artificial intelligence in day-to-day business. Context-based AI assistants, autonomous processes and voice and multimodal functions that can take over routine tasks, pre-structure information a meaningful way and relieve teams will be presented. The focus is not on the technology, but on its concrete benefits for typical SME work processes, from project workflows to customer support and internal communication.

The webinar also shows how companies can use low-code tools to adapt or expand their own applications and processes. For many SMEs, this offers a realistic and affordable way to modernize digital processes without having to tie up external development capacities. The practical examples illustrate how CloudOffix can be integrated into existing structures without long implementation times.

The webinar is aimed at managers from small and medium-sized companies who are developing digital workflows and are looking for a structured introduction to AI-supported process optimization.
Participation is free of charge, but the number of places is limited. Early registration is recommended.

On 1 July 2025, the online event "Digital Achilles' heels and how to protect them", organized by the Gesellschaft für Arbeitsmethodik e. V. (GfA), took place. It was impressively demonstrated that many security gaps in companies are not only caused by technical issues, but are also largely due to human behavior. Excessive demands, routine, insecurity and emotional patterns can create attack surfaces that can be exploited by cyber criminals. Ermin
