When We Grow Up Foundation Announces Appointment of Mansur Kasali as Board Observer

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, November 17, 2025 - When We Grow Up, a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that expands access to high-opportunity career pathways for underserved youth across the United States, announces the appointment of Mansur Kasali as Board Observer.

This appointment comes as the Foundation enters a new phase of national scale, deepening its partnerships with school districts and expanding its flagship storytelling and mentorship initiatives. As Board Observer, Mr. Kasali will participate in board meetings, strategic planning discussions, and organizational oversight processes. He will also provide guidance on program growth, partnership development, and long-term strategic direction.
