EmpowerHer Capital Appoints Director of Strategic Operations
In this role, Ms. Obaseki will oversee the translation of EmpowerHer Capital's strategic priorities into rigorous operating plans, ensuring consistent delivery across programs, partnerships, and capital deployment efforts in Nigeria and Ghana. She will work closely with the Founder and Advisory Board to institutionalize core operating systems, performance-tracking frameworks, and governance rhythms that support long-term impact and organizational resilience.

As Director of Strategic Operations, Ms. Obaseki will serve as the organization's central integrator, coordinating across leadership, advisors, and external partners to ensure alignment with EmpowerHer Capital's mission and standards. She will also lead operational risk management, proactively identifying execution gaps and ensuring accountability at every level of the organization.
