Jeffrey, Founder of Amrichi, will share his vision of how Johor Bahru's first Gelato Studio-in partnership with PreGel Italy and Glacee-aims to transform the city into a regional gelato hub. "Our mission is to blend Italian artistry with ASEAN innovation, empowering chefs and entrepreneurs to master gelato-making with both passion and precision," Jeffrey explains. "Bring your team-leave with recipes, supplier contacts, and a full belly."
Adding depth to the discussion, Harry, Founder of Glacee and PreGel's long-standing distributor in Malaysia and Singapore, will share insights into the evolving gelato market in the region.
