Midbrook, Inc. Production Cleaning Keeps Business on Track
Midbrook Inc. has reached an agreement with a Detroit, Michigan area manufacturer to help complete production work. Midbrook will use their personnel, equipment, facilities and experience to assist their partner in completing necessary production washing of their parts to guarantee on time delivery for their partner’s customer. The Detroit area business will be transporting their automotive transmission parts to the Midbrook facility in order to meet deadlines for production. By utilizing the equipment and experience of Midbrook, this company will be able to expedite the washing of their parts and ensure that they remain in good standing with their customer by delivering individually inspected, high quality, clean parts on time.
Midbrook partners with businesses to fulfill a variety of production needs, not limited to just washing.
Midbrook will help businesses with elements of the production process which include tasks such as aluminum deburring, light assembly, part inspection, and packing. All of these processes can be roadblocks to successfully reaching a shipping deadline. Midbrook is willing to assist businesses by performing these tasks at the Midbrook facility with Midbrook maintained equipment.
In addition, Midbrook will use their technical capabilities to guarantee parts traveling long distances before and after they reach Midbrook, will remain rust free throughout the process and maintain the high standards required in automotive, aerospace or medical industries.
“Production washing has been an integral piece of the Midbrook business plan for nearly a decade,” says Jo Houghton, President of Midbrook.
“In the late 1990s, Midbrook was asked by one of the North American based automobile manufacturers to build a machine to wash and debur their aluminum transmission part. Since we were a machine builder and not a production house, we were hesitant at first to take on this job, but by listening to their needs and looking at our capabilities we decided to take on the challenge. The result is that we have been able to not only handle their volume and perform their work cost effectively to their ISO standards, but we have also been able to use our experience in production washing to improve the reliability serviceability of the new washers we design for our equipment customers.”
By going to a recognized world leader in the field of industrial parts washing, manufacturers can be confident in the knowledge that a team of specially trained and capable workers will be using the most advanced technology available to clean, debur and inspect their parts.
