Press release from: Midbrook, Inc.

Midbrook, Inc.’s Jamie Crowley and Matt McQuillan, are Featured Guests on Better Process Podcast

Jamie Crowley and Matt McQuillan, of Midbrook, Inc., a leading provider of industrial parts washers, were the featured guests on the Better Process Podcast for March 7, 2008.

The Better Process Podcast is the brainchild of Ken Rayment. "American manufacturing is the engine of our economy," says Rayment. "As a Six Sigma Black Belt working in industry, I got tired of hearing only bad news about American manufacturing. I launched the Better Process Podcast to share the success stories and be the voice of the small and mid-sized manufacturing firm. Midbrook's focus on customized parts cleaning is the kind of innovation that drives manufacturing forward. This is exactly the kind of story I want to tell on my program."

Some of the topics covered in the interview are:
- the biggest challenges for small and mid-sized manufacturing firms
- examples of where cleaning had a big impact on customers’ solutions
- customizing cleaning solutions for different industries
- cleanliness standards

During the podcast, available for download at www.podcasternews.com, Crowley explains Midbrook’s philosophy and how their washing systems take off a part’s residue. "We have a technology center that runs a test to determine what the best cleaning process is for our customers. We are trying to drive industries into objective cleanliness testing. The best thing to do in all industries is to establish a standard so that there is consistency."

McQuillan added, “Sometimes the biggest challenge we have is convincing our customers how important a cleaning process is. There are a lot of different ways to measure clean and dry. Not everyone in the market focuses on cleaning like Midbrook does. Our washers are custom made to handle each of our customer’s specifications.”
