Nuuduu Proves Office Work Can Be Automated - Customers Save Up

Helsinki Finland - "A construction worker's hammer doesn't hit better because there's a big office behind it. A cleaner doesn't vacuum faster because someone in HR updates spreadsheets. The quality of work comes from the person - not the office around them," says Antti Kaipila, founder of Nuuduu.

Nuuduu, a Finnish-founded Direct Service Platform, shows that the administrative support work behind real-world jobs - payments, hiring, customer service, payroll and compliance - can now be handled efficiently by automation and AI. Traditionally, these functions required expensive company structures, raising prices for customers and reducing what workers earned.

By using AI agents to manage these operations, Nuuduu delivers the same services without costly overhead. The result: customers pay less, and independent professionals keep their full earnings. Early orders already show customers saving 30-60 percent compared to traditional staffing or service companies.

"The AI revolution in office work won't happen by teaching employees to use chatbots," Kaipila adds. "The structure of how services are delivered must change. Smarter, automated platforms will replace traditional companies by offering the same work better and more affordably."

Real-world examples of Nuuduu prices:

Home cleaning from 11-25 EUR / h (typically 40-50 EUR) - see live pricing at https://nuuduu.com/fi/schedule/kotisiivous/helsinki.
Restaurant staff from 14-18 EUR / h (normally 20-25 EUR) - https://nuuduu.com/fi/schedule/ravintolatyo/helsinki.
Retail staff from 14-18 EUR / h (typically 20-25 EUR) - https://nuuduu.com/fi/schedule/myymala-ja-kauppatyo/helsinki.
Personal assistants from 12-30 EUR / h (often 45-55 EUR) - https://nuuduu.com/fi/schedule/henkilokohtainen-apu/helsinki.
Construction workers from 15-20 EUR / h (normally 30-60 EUR).

Nuuduu automates the full workflow between customer and professional: background and ID verification through national registers, easy online booking, GPS-based time tracking, automatic notifications, secure payments with pre-authorization, instant refunds when needed, and digital invoices in PDF and PEPPOL formats. All this operates at a flat fee of one euro from the customer and one euro from the partner per order.

"This is staffing without multipliers - services without 50 percent markups. The customer wins, the worker wins - because smart automation handles everything in between," Kaipila concludes.

Nuuduu is a Finnish-owned technology company headquartered in Kaunas, Lithuania. The platform is available on web, Android, and iOS across Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, and Sweden.
