Press release from: Fatherhood Educational Institute

Kevin O’Connor, a prominent lawyer who represents thousands of children and adult victims of medical malpractice and negligence, will be featured on CAN-TV’s Chicago Counterpoint TV (Channel 21) on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, at 7:30 P.M. (CST). Presented by the Fatherhood Educational Institute (FEI) and hosted by renowned Fathers’ Rights attorney Jeffery M. Leving, Chicago Counterpoint TV provides crucial legal education to single dads, men in divorce and Chicago family law attorneys looking to expand their professional knowledge.

O’Connor has been practicing law since 1993 and focuses on brain-damaged children and families victimized for wrongful injuries and death claims arising out of medical malpractice and negligence, as well as nursing home abuse of the elderly. A strong advocate for the wellbeing of children and families, O’Connor zealously fights for every individual in harm and need and has obtained several million and multimillion dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients. Children and families can ultimately survive and prosper because of his tireless efforts in ensuring their safety and rights are protected.

O’Connor and Leving will discuss the importance of protecting families and their children from civil rights violations by police and government agencies. They’ll also discuss how to protect loved ones from medical malpractice, including birth defects caused by improper prenatal care, such as failure to diagnose or test. No one ever deserves to be a victim of injustice.

O’Connor has served as a legal correspondent for ABC7News.com and president of the Gaelic Lawyers and Judge’s Society. He is also a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
