Kronos Research, a leading global quantitative trading firm, today announced the appointment of Kevin Lee Coll as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Kevin brings extensive experience building and operating institutional platforms at the intersection of traditional and digital markets. Since 2018, he has been a founding member of a Singapore-based digital asset management firm that launched one of Asia's first regulated crypto funds and private client brokerage serving institutions and accredited investors. His career has focused on scaling businesses from inception into compliant, institutional-grade platforms with robust technology, infrastructure, and operational discipline. Earlier, he held senior business management and COO roles in global markets at major investment banks in Asia, serving institutional and corporate clients globally. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

At Kronos, Kevin will complement the firm's deep quantitative research, trading, and cross-asset capabilities by bringing global best practices in business management, operations, and institutional engagement. His focus will span corporate operations across the firm and advancing its institutional asset management platform.
