The new DIGITUS® PCI-Express and Expresscard product series is now commercially available. Specialist dealers and your customers benefit immediately from the options offered to you by the new band widths and the very high data flow rate from the PC and Notebook to the end devices.

PCI-Express and Expresscard are new standards for connecting the PC and Laptops to peripheral devices. Both interface standards represent technical innovations handling much larger quantities of data that the solutions provided by the previous generation. An Expresscard reaches a maximum data flow rate of 2.5 GBit/S. Contrary to the previous PC-Card Standard, the Expresscard uses a low supply voltage and therefore requires less energy. PCI-Express und Expresscards are software compatible so that neither drivers, nor operating systems, nor program applications have to be adapted.

The product series from DIGITUS® offers the specialist dealer access to the cutting edge of interface technology at very competitive delivery prices. The dealer can therefore offer very attractive solutions to his customers.
The recommended purchase prices for a PCI Express SATA II card start from 20.90 € and for an Express Card SATA II from 24.90 €, for example.
