Bielefeld, Germany - ISEDD GmbH, a specialist in industrial system technology, has introduced the MI-RW-ISX, a newly developed inline heater designed specifically for precise heating of ultrapure water. The device is aimed at industrial users with demanding requirements for temperature stability and water purity-such as in semiconductor manufacturing, medical technology, and food processing.

The MI-RW-ISX features fully electronic temperature control with an adjustable outlet range from +2°C to +70°C. Power consumption is automatically regulated based on inlet temperature and flow rate. The unit supports various types of ultrapure water, including deionized (DI), demineralized (VE), WFI (Water for Injection), and HPW (Highly Purified Water).

💡 Control & Communication: For integration into industrial process control systems, the MI-RW-ISX offers a robust Modbus RTU/RS485 interface. Optional control via analog current or voltage signals (e.g. 0-10 V or 4-20 mA) or digital signals is also available. In addition, the device supports communication via WLAN and Bluetooth-intended for local configuration, diagnostics, and service access.

Technical Specifications:
• Temperature range: +2°C to +70°C
• Power rating: 18-27 kW (configurable in 3 kW steps)
• Supply: 3-phase, 400 V AC, 50/60 Hz
• Dimensions: (434 × 278 × 100) mm
• Weight: approx. 4.5 kg
• Minimum flow rate: 1.5 l/min
• Interfaces: Modbus RTU/RS485, optional analog/digital control, WLAN, Bluetooth (service only)

The MI-RW-ISX is designed for decentralized use directly at the point of consumption and offers a reliable solution for continuous processes with high quality demands. Its compact design, automatic self-monitoring, and low operating costs make it a future-proof component for modern production environments.
