The Human Algorithm pairs a place's IQ-digital infrastructure, functionality, and automation-with its EQ-how life actually feels for the people inside. It organizes six outcomes leaders can manage quarter by quarter:

-Cognitive Performance (focus, daylight, low distraction)

A cadence teams can start now
As outlined at SBC 5.0, organizations can begin without heavy tooling:

1- Baseline with one operational metric + one one-line pulse per outcome (e.g., % time CO2 < target + "Could you focus today?").

2- Win the first quarter by fixing visible friction: align lighting to circadian patterns, tame noise peaks, add a refuge corner per floor, and publish response/resolution times.

3- Report quarterly via a one-page Human Outcomes Snapshot-six tiles, each with a metric, a pulse result, and one next action.

The framework is designed to complement, not replace, existing programs such as SmartScore/WiredScore (digital capability), WELL/Fitwel (health), and ESG/SDG reporting-linking technical achievement with the everyday quality of life occupants actually experience.
