Mobilise App Lab Limited files DRHP to raise equity via SME IPO on NSE EmergeNew Delhi, India - September 6, 2025: Mobilise App Lab Limited ("Mobilise" or the "Company"), a SaaS and enterprise software provider across HR, facilities & asset management, supply chain, and education segments, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for a proposed SME initial public offering on NSE Emerge. The Issue is a 100% fresh issue of 25,12,000 equity shares; there is no offer for sale (OFS).

Mobilise delivers modular, cloud-first software spanning HRMS/HRIS (HRevO), asset & maintenance management (OpsSuite) with IoT integrations, supply chain (SCMPro), and education ERP (EduPro), serving multi-location enterprises and institutions.

• Revenue: grew from ₹694.51 lakh (FY23) to ₹1,614.09 lakh (FY25)
• EBITDA: improved with margins rising from 33.16% (FY23) to 42.90% (FY25) (FY25 EBITDA ~₹692.47 lakh)
• PAT: up from ₹176.19 lakh (FY23) to ₹471.33 lakh (FY25); PAT margin 29.20%
• Net worth: increased to ₹826.10 lakh (FY25) from ₹206.50 lakh (FY23)
