Dautphetal, September 3, 2025 - One month after the launch of coachverzeichnis.com, 65 coaches with proven qualifications in German-speaking countries are already listed. The platform aims to provide orientation in a growing but often confusing market.

How do companies and private individuals find the right coach today? Many people ask themselves this question, as there are tens of thousands of coaches active throughout Germany. So far, there are hardly any uniform standards.

"What does it mean for you if you are looking for a coach and don't know what training is behind it?" asks Eberhard Kuhl, founder of coachverzeichnis.com and owner of Kuhl Consulting. "This is exactly where we come in: We only list coaches who can prove their training or many years of practical experience."

Practical search functions developed

At the same time, new functions are going online to make the selection process easier:

The Coach Finder (currently in the beta phase) helps to find suitable coaches based on individual criteria. The area search shows coaches in the vicinity - important for all those who prefer personal meetings.

"Which form of coaching suits your needs - digital or on-site?" says Kuhl. "Some topics can be dealt with well online, while face-to-face meetings are helpful for others. We want to make both ways possible."

A growing variety of topics

The range of topics covered by the platform is constantly expanding. In addition to traditional areas such as career development and leadership, specialized topics have been added: e.g. high sensitivity and introvert leadership.

What is behind this? Companies are increasingly recognizing that different leadership types and personality structures bring strengths to the table. This development is reflected in the demand for corresponding coaching services.

Benefits for companies

Companies also benefit from more transparent coaching services. Medium-sized companies in particular are often faced with the question: How do we find qualified support for management development or change processes?

"What does it cost a company if coaching doesn't produce the desired results?" Kuhl asks. "Time, money and sometimes trust in the method. That's why we attach great importance to comprehensible qualifications."

Outlook

65 verified profiles after 30 days show: The need for reliable orientation in the coaching market is there. What developments will follow? The platform is planning further functions and wants to continuously expand its network of qualified coaches.
