Allmannshofen, August 25, 2025 - Managers today are under unprecedented pressure to meet expectations: they are expected to react quickly and at the same time make sustainable decisions - with scarce resources, in complex structures and under ever-increasing uncertainty. Against this backdrop, the cooperative _die-unternehmerberater eG_ invites you to the Inspiration Day on November 14, 2025 at the traditional Holzen Monastery (Allmannshofen). The guiding theme of the event is: "Finding the essential in too much."
The day offers entrepreneurs, managers and decision-makers the opportunity to gain orientation beyond classic management recipes. Presentations and dialog formats will discuss how companies can be understood as living systems - not as machines that can simply be controlled.
"Like skippers who have to rebuild their ship on the open sea, managers navigate in the midst of storms and siren songs," says the program. The aim is to create a forum for clear attitudes, a change of perspective and resonance - beyond buzzwords and patent solutions.
