AL Ideathon 2.0 Opens for Registration: A New Season of Ideas

AL Ideathon 2.0 is now open for registration. Scheduled for September 27, 2025, in Mumbai, the second edition of this industry-wide initiative is calling on pharma professionals to submit ideas that improve how work happens on the ground.

In its first season, AL Ideathon saw over 544+ ideas submitted by professionals working across production, QA, IT, and engineering functions. A total of ₹10,00,000 in prizes was awarded, a clear signal that the industry is ready to support ideas from individuals who have firsthand experience in operations and manufacturing.

AL Ideathon was created to give a platform to those who live the process every day. Participants are invited to submit ideas that eliminate inefficiencies, improve compliance, simplify documentation, or enhance traceability, anything that makes work smarter and more effective.
The initiative is led by AmpleLogic, a provider of low-code digital solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. Their platforms help teams reduce manual work, automate quality processes, and meet regulatory expectations through tools like eQMS, LIMS, LMS, DMS, and more.

Shortlisted ideas will be selected by a jury of industry experts, and winners stand to receive cash prizes of up to 10 Lakhs.

Registrations are officially live, and entries are open to individuals and teams across departments. Whether it's a long-standing workaround you've perfected or a new solution you've just thought of, AL Ideathon 2.0 is the space to share it.
