Rader Group from Leipzig announces successful purchase of a residential package in the north of Leipzig

Leipzig, 05.02.2025 - The Rader Group from Leipzig has reached another milestone in its corporate development: the purchase of a residential package in the north of Leipzig with a project volume of EUR 1,050,000 has been successfully completed. The seller is a Berlin investment company.
The company would like to thank everyone involved for the professional and smooth cooperation. Managing Director Kevin Rader from Leipzig emphasizes: "We look forward to future collaborations and see this purchase as an important step towards creating urgently needed living space in Leipzig."
Investments for contemporary living space
The vacant residential units have a considerable refurbishment backlog. The Rader Group is planning to invest an estimated EUR 200,000 in the comprehensive modernization and contemporary furnishing of the apartments. The aim is to place the refurbished apartments on the housing market as quickly as possible.
"With this project, we are creating needs-based apartments for a local target group and making a contribution to the quality of life in the north of Leipzig," explains Managing Director Kevin Rader from Leipzig.
Future-oriented growth
The company is aiming to further grow its real estate portfolio and is actively looking for new investment opportunities. Owners and estate agents are invited to submit suitable offers to the Rader Group. "Our aim is to continuously expand our involvement in the region and invest specifically in projects that create added value for Leipzig," says Kevin Rader.
