The surface detailing has been carefully sculpted, and the mechanical system is currently undergoing continuous operation testing to ensure stable and reliable performance. The next steps will include silicone coating and painting to create a lifelike texture and finish.

Movement features include: Wide mouth opening and closing Head moving up, down, and side to side Neck moving up, down, and rotating left and right Forelimb swinging Waist twisting left and right Body moving up and down Tail swinging up, down, left, and right

Two motor options are available based on customer needs:

Servo motors: Provide smoother, more natural movements, ideal for high-end applications, with a higher cost.

Standard motors: Cost-effective, carefully tuned by Jia Hua to deliver reliable and satisfying motion.

Production of a 6-meter Realistic T-Rex typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, covering design, steel frame welding, body modeling, surface sculpting, silicone coating, painting, and final testing.
