As an FM solution maker, we support companies from all sectors in optimizing their properties. With additional project capacity, we can now take on new end customers and support them from the initial inventory analysis to fully digitized operation.
* Consulting and engineering network
Specialists in consulting, planning, technology and operations are invited to become part of a strong brand. Together we use synergies, win major projects and increase our visibility in the market.
* Specialist authors in the FM document shop
Our document store is constantly growing. We are looking for more authors who would like to share their expertise in the form of guidelines, checklists, white papers or studies - with attractive revenue sharing and professional marketing.
Interview with Managing Director Kay Meyer
Mr. Meyer, why are you opening up your network to new partners right now?
Meyer:_ We have scaled our processes, tools and resources in such a way that we can expand without any loss of quality. At the same time, market demand is increasing: companies need reliable FM solutions in order to achieve FM goals and optimize FM solutions. We are taking advantage of this momentum. We make buildings and facility management more efficient.
Who are you specifically addressing?
Meyer:_ On the customer side, we are looking for FM managers who want to measurably improve their building performance. For consulting and engineering companies, we are looking for specialists who can contribute their expertise to interdisciplinary projects. Authors should have practical FM experience and enjoy sharing knowledge.
What are the advantages of a partnership?
_Meyer:_ Visibility under an established brand, access to a broad customer base, joint projects, mutual know-how transfer - and last but not least, genuine collegiality instead of competitive thinking.
What can authors expect in the document store?
_Meyer:_ A fair revenue share of 40%, professional editing, marketing and a direct line to a growing FM community. Authors receive project inquiries and reputation through their publications.
What happens next?
_Meyer:_ Interested parties can get in touch via our website or directly with me. We will have a short introductory meeting and check together where the collaboration will have the greatest impact. Our goal is to integrate another ten partner companies and twenty authors into FM-Connect.com by the end of 2025. We currently employ 8 web designers exclusively for FM-Connect.com
