Oldenburg, June 2025 - With "Crises as Turning Points - learn, grow, create", software developer and publisher Markus Schall has published an unusually calm and profound book about dealing with personal and social crises. The book is now available in German language in bookshops and on online platforms such as Thalia and Amazon. This book will also be published in English language in a few weeks.

The book is aimed at readers who find themselves in situations of upheaval - be it due to career changes, private separations, health challenges or social developments. Instead of relying on quick fixes or psychological platitudes, Schall takes a reflective approach: he invites readers to recognize their own patterns, develop inner clarity and use crises as a starting point for personal change.

Particularly noteworthy: the author integrates modern technologies such as artificial intelligence as a tool for self-reflection. "AI can do more than just answer questions," says Schall. "It can serve as a neutral sounding board - for people who are open to understanding themselves better."

In addition to psychological background information and personal experience reports, the book also contains practical suggestions: from routines suitable for everyday life and the conscious use of "freezeouts" to physical aspects such as the importance of lithium, vitamin D3 and a clear diet for mental stability.

The writing style remains respectful, calm and non-lecturing throughout. "It was important to me to write a book that doesn't tell you what's right from the outside, but invites people to find their own answers," explains the author.

Because this is precisely the real message of the book: crises do not mark a standstill - they are the moment when you decide whether to stay stuck in old patterns or find the courage to break new ground. "Crises as turning points" shows that it is less about having to "function" again quickly - and more about taking an honest look, pausing and rediscovering your own inner stability step by step. A quiet but powerful companion for anyone seeking guidance in turbulent times.

Crises as Turning Points has been published as a paperback in A5 format in German language and is now available in bookstores, on Amazon and in all popular online stores.

In a few weeks this book will also be published in English.
