The Mission
In her TEDx Talk, Dr. Paldus discusses how her son was exposed to a preservative in a skincare product, which caused a skin allergy called contact dermatitis. This later developed into eczema and led to an ADHD diagnosis.
"Children who have eczema are at much higher risk of developing ADHD," says Dr. Paldus. "The skin-gut microbiome is very real."
