Safari goers are invited to sleep like kings and peer into the night sky with new Star Beds at Atzaró Okavango in Botswana

**Elevated king-sized beds kissed by open-air designed for memorable nights' sleeps above the ground and wildlife of the Okavango Delta**

Cape Town, South Africa - African Bush Camps invites safari goers to sleep like kings and peer into the night sky from their own personal observatories with new Star Beds at Atzaró Okavango Camp in the Okavango Delta of Botswana. Kissed by open-air slightly elevated above both the ground and wildlife of one of the most ecologically diverse regions on the globe, the Star Beds are designed for serene and memorable nights' sleeps, playing off the architectural ethos of the camp whose layout offers the privilege of space and employs natural building elements to emphasize the raw beauty of nature.

Symbolic of timeless romance, offering incredible views of the Delta, there are two Star Beds at Atzaró Okavango Camp, each erected alongside the camp's two spacious Villa accommodations. Standing on stairway-accessible platforms supported by wooden legs, the Star Beds are built sustainably with wood flooring, railings, and steps fashioned from repurposed materials. King-sized wooden bed frames - one per Star Bed - are beautifully draped, adding a dash of elegance, as well as bug netting to keep out critters. Each Star Bed also has a private bathroom for convenient comfort.

While Villa guests have first dibs on Star Beds at Atzaró Okavango Camp, guests staying in other accommodations, including eight luxurious suites sized for two guests with king bedding and a private pool - can also access them by request, depending on availability. Whoever sleeps under the stars needn't fear the wildlife below, as trained and highly qualified African Bush Camps' guides keep watchful eyes through the night to ensure the safety of all guests. Sip on a nightcap and watch as the wildlife settles into dusk. With a billowing mosquito net draped over the bed, find solace as you drift off to sleep under the Okavango Delta's celestial canopy.

Located along the Okavango River and in the thick of the Okavango Delta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Botswana, Atzaró Okavango Camp is an off-grid oasis surrounded by thriving wetlands and untouched wilderness. Experiences include game day and night game drives, helicopter safaris, visits to nearby cultural villages, stargazing, mokoro canoeing, safari walks, wine-tasting evenings, kid-friendly activities, and more.

Rates from $690 per person per night.
