On 31 December 2016, indulge in a culinary journey to celebrate this festive occasion. Delight in sumptuous dishes such as Peppercorn-Crusted Rib Eye Slab, Crispy Duckling, Palawan Emperor Fish and delicious desserts like the Salted Caramel Red Velvet Rolls, White Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake Pops, Malted-Chocolate Ice Cream and more. Dinner starts at 8PM with the live performance of Mr. Elmer Jun Hilario of The Voice of the Philippines.
