EPI and STT GDC Philippines Powers Talent Development Program
SINGAPORE - April 22, 2025 - EPI, the world leader in data center training, audit, and certification, is proud to announce the successful completion of the first DC Power-Up training program in collaboration with ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines-a milestone initiative aimed at closing the data center talent gap in the Philippines.Through this forward-thinking collaboration, 15 promising fresh graduates and young professionals underwent rigorous hands-on training and earned the globally recognized Data Center Foundation Certificate (DCFC®). Every single participant passed, achieving a 100% certification rate-an extraordinary testament to their drive and the quality of instruction delivered.
The DC Power-Up program goes beyond certification. It bridges learning and opportunity, preparing participants to step directly into real-world roles. In the Phase 2 of the program, 60% of participants were hired by STT GDC Philippines and are set to begin their careers this April.

The program, held in Makati City, attracted hundreds of applicants, reflecting the strong interest in data center careers. Through a rigorous selection process, 15 individuals were chosen, many from leading academic institutions across the Philippines. Their success story is not only theirs-it's the start of a larger movement to strengthen the digital infrastructure backbone of the region.
