COMPEX 1600 Booster compressor station delivered to site of Neftisa Oil Company

A COMPEX 1600 booster compressor station was delivered to a site located in the Kungur District of the Perm Region. The station is designed to boost associated gas from high-pressure and low-pressure separation stages at the Ozhginskaya oil and gas accumulation area (Neftisa Oil Company) up to transportation pressure in the Kokuy-Perm gas pipeline.
The handled media is associated gas with high humidity and hydrogen sulfide content of 0.51-0.83%. Compressor station capacity is 9 400 nm3/hour and electric motor drive nominal power output is 1 600 kW. The booster compressor station features high efficiency and reliability of operation with aggressive gases. COMPEX 1600 has closed-loop oil system with separators and filtering system that reduce oil consumption, oil system volume and extend oil refill periods to 4 000 hours providing for efficient and environmentally-friendly operation as well as the reduction of maintenance expenses. The compressor station was manufactured using highly reliable components from leading world and Russian vendors. The booster compressor station is designed for operation in boreal climates. The station's control system is fully automated and allows for unmanned operation.
