In March 2025, Lino GmbH in Mainz acquired all shares in Lino GmbH Austria to intensify the commercialization of the Lino® Hub integration platform in the region. At the same time, Rüdiger Dehn, founder and Managing Director of Lino GmbH in Mainz, was appointed Managing Director of Lino GmbH in Raabs a. d. Thaya.

The central objectives of this project are a clear commitment to Austria as a business location with good and direct communication with local customers. In addition, there will be more intensive commercialization of the innovative integration platform Lino® Hub and the expansion of sales activities in Europe with more direct contact in the local language as well as franchise and partner programs. The strategic decision to acquire a 100% stake also supports the expansion of sales by recruiting new specialists in the Austrian metropolitan regions.

With seven years of market presence to date, Lino GmbH Austria offers specialized know-how in the areas of CAD automation, Product Configuration and Solidworks Add-ons. Companies such as AMC, Forstner Speichertechnik, GLS Tanks, Hörmann Klatt, motion06, Tyrolit Schleifmittelwerke Swarowski and Julius Blum are already among its customers.

Lino GmbH Germany itself can now look back on a success story spanning almost 18 years: from a consulting company, it has developed into a leading software manufacturer with seven locations in the DACH region. In line with the slogan "Leading Innovation", the Lino team works with industrial customers to tap into sustainable optimization potential through process automation in Design, Sales, Project Planning and Production.

The universal configuration solution Lino® Hub integrates seamlessly into existing system landscapes such as CPQ, CRM, ERP or CAD. It can therefore play a central role in the digital transformation of industrial companies. In July 2024, Lino® Hub received research funding for the years 2020 to 2025 from the Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage GbR (BSFZ) - another important milestone for the platform and the Lino Group.
