Since stepping into the CEO role in December 2024, Jesse has led the company through a significant restructuring, rebranding, and repositioning effort. Previously known as ViiMed, the company has relaunched as Hiive Health to better reflect its mission of providing a fit-for-purpose, high-fidelity platform that empowers healthcare organizations with flexible, no-code workflow automation solutions. Hiive Health's core technology allows healthcare providers, research institutions, and government agencies to rapidly configure and deploy tailored clinical workflows without extensive development efforts.

Most recently, he served as President of Safe Health, where he led several transformative initiatives such as OpenCDx-a groundbreaking national remote diagnostic framework developed in collaboration with the FDA.

Previously, Jesse played a pivotal role at Parallel 6, driving its strategic growth and eventual acquisition by ICON, where he led operational integration and strategic execution as Vice President. Notably, he was instrumental in the expansion of Blackstone Technology Group, where he established and successfully grew the Federal Consulting Practice and Washington, D.C. operations for over a decade.

Under Jesse O'Gorman's leadership, Hiive Health is focused on expanding its presence in key healthcare sectors, including clinical research, public health, and government healthcare programs.
