QualiTest Group Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

London, December 8th – QualiTest Group, the world’s second largest pure play software testing and quality assurance company, is proud to announce that Sanjay Jawa is their new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Sanjay brings over 25 years of financial management expertise to their executive team, with extensive experience in senior, financial and operational roles for international growth firms, with a particular focus since 2000 in private equity backed businesses. This includes building high performing finance and infrastructure teams, raising debt and equity capital, and growing both organically and through the acquisition and integration of numerous businesses around the world. His industry experience has focused on technology, media, telecom, financial and business services.

He’ll also build and implement the financial reporting processes and delivery system to ensure transparent, accurate, complete, compliant and timely dissemination of information.
