FOURMIDABLE’s Sabrina Gaddy-Bollinger now President of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Michigan Chapter No. 5

Sabrina Gaddy-Bollinger, the Director of Public Housing at FOURMIDABLE, has been elected president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Michigan Chapter No. 5.

Gaddy-Bollinger, who has been a part of the FOURMIDABLE team since 1995, has an impressive track record in managing affordable housing since 1992.

"Sabrina is a proven leader with the ability to support and empower the performance of others," said Jeri Hays, Chief Executive Officer of FOURMIDABLE. "She is a committed professional who knows and understands what an important and influential role her industry plays in the betterment of the communities we serve."

The Michigan Chapter No. 5 of the Institute of Real Estate Management, which represents professionals in the Metropolitan Detroit area, supports the continuing education and professional development of members of the real estate management industry.

Gaddy-Bollinger, who is the first African-American woman to become president of the IREM Chapter, has served in leadership positions with various industry and community groups and in 2013 was recognized as the Institute of Real Estate Management's Accredited Residential Manager of the Year.

Gaddy-Bollinger, who earned an associate degree in business, is also pursuing a bachelor of business degree.

In November 2016, she was honored by the State of Michigan and Office of Wayne County Executive Warren C. Evans. Gaddy-Bollinger also received a Proclamation from the City of Westland and City of Romulus for her accomplishments in the affordable housing industry and induction as President of IREM.
