FOURMIDABLE Named to National Affordable Housing Management Association’s (NAHMA) Affordable 100 List

For the second consecutive year, FOURMIDABLE, a Michigan-based national real estate management and brokerage company, has been named to the National Affordable Housing Management Association’s (NAHMA) Affordable 100 List. The Bingham Farms company ranked 71st on the list with 6,778 total subsidized units--an improvement from last year’s 100th spot with 5,141 units. The jump in ranking is due to the recent acquisition of Low Income Housing Tax Credit development contracts in Tennessee and Mississippi, along with Conventional, Rural Development and Public Housing contracts in Michigan.

The list ranks the largest affordable multifamily property management companies in the United States based on the total number of subsidized units managed. To make the list, each company must manage housing units that qualify for at least one of the following federal subsidies: HUD Project-based Assistance, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME funds, USDA Section 515, or Bonds.
