Rachel Lynn Fox is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner, spiritual guide, and women's health advocate known as The PMDD Whisperer. What inspired you to write From Cursed to Cured - How to Treat & Cure PMDD Naturally?
For 25 years, I suffered in silence, believing I was broken, cursed by an invisible force that controlled my emotions, relationships, and life. Like so many women, I searched endlessly for answers-trying everything from medications to diet changes, and even ketamine therapy, -only to be met with temporary relief or disappointment.
It wasn't until I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) that I uncovered the root cause of my suffering-deep subconscious wounds, unprocessed emotions, and limiting beliefs stored in my mind and body.
That discovery changed everything.
I knew I had to share this truth with other women trapped in the same cycle of despair. From Cursed to Cured was born out of my journey-not just to heal myself but to create a path for others to step into a life of empowerment, peace, and healing.
How did your background and experience influence your writing?
Raised in a Christian home, I struggled with feelings of unworthiness, depression, and rejection from a young age. As a young wife and mother, I silently battled overwhelming emotions, not realizing that PMDD was controlling my life. My journey took me from ministry to single motherhood in New York City, where I faced unimaginable challenges-losing my job, navigating mental health struggles, and trying every possible treatment to no avail.
Everything changed when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). This breakthrough freed me from PMDD's grip and uncovered my true calling: to help other women reclaim their power.
Drawing on my background in ministry, spiritual growth, and mind-body healing, From Cursed to Cured is the book I wish I had during some of my darkest moments. It's a beacon of hope, blending faith, science, and subconscious healing to show women they are not cursed, but capable of complete transformation.
