Amsterdam – 25 November 2016 – AOC, a leading global brand in the display market, announces today their fastest premium monitor with a TN panel – the AGON AG251FZ. This 25″ display for top gamers and esports enthusiasts has a refresh rate of 240 Hz and a response time of only 1 ms, ensuring not just sensational, natural movements in fast paced gaming environments but also a smooth gameplay with no motion blur. The AGON AG251FZ delivers the most fluid and seamless graphics possible: with Adaptive Sync handling synchronisation of display and PC, tearing and stuttering are consigned to history.

The AOC AGON AG251FZ – the fastest monitor of the AGON series to date – will hit the stores in January 2017 for an MSRP of £449.

Advanced technology for gaming comfort
The AGON series is an example of AOC’s aim to deliver the best possible hardware – a mindset evident in every detail. For a comfortable user’s posture, the Ergo Dial ergonomic stand provides several ways of changing the monitor position to perfection, with height adjustment accompanied by a scale to mark the preferred placement. The monitor can also be tilted, swivelled or pivoted from landscape to portrait mode. What is more, the stand comes with a handle, making it easy to carry the monitor to and from LAN parties, for example. Over hours-long gaming sessions, users’ eyes are protected by advanced technologies: the Flicker-free technology diminishes unpleasant flickering to a minimum and the Low Blue Light mode reduces harmful blue light, whilst ensuring that just the right amount of blue light is emitted for accurate colour reproduction.
