The design verification of the 96-inch valve is another valve design verification task that Wanshun received after completing the high-pressure design verification of the 84-inch valve. On July 18, the project team held its first meeting to communicate and determine the specific time of the project and the specific technical issues of the design verification. Then, the project team members went to the supplier to communicate on the various requirements of the meeting and began to prepare for various tasks.

On July 25, the project team held another project meeting. Based on the requirements of the end customer, the design verification of the valve must be completed in advance. So the project team reversed the completion time of each task to ensure that the customer's requirements were met.

After all the preparations were in place, the strength test of the valve plate began on August 5, the sealing test on August 8, and the 500 cycle test on August 9... During this period, Ming Hongling and Yan Pengcheng from the Quality Engineering Department and Yan Yongjin from the Supplier Management Department followed up on site, and Zhang Fan, Zhang Huaizhong, and Ren Jinning paid attention to the whole process, and provided solutions and solved problems in a timely manner.
