DDB LA Awarded Park Hyatt Renovation
The 5,000 square foot gut renovation of the hotel's kitchen is anticipated to take 8 weeks to complete. DDB Contracting faces the significant challenge of completion needing to be guaranteed by the estimated occupancy peak for the 2024/2025 ski season.
This total renovation marks DDB Contracting's newest location in Los Angeles, California, DDB LA's, debut project. Focusing on projects west of the Mississippi, DDB's new 15,000 square foot location will focus on corporate interiors, commercial construction, and hospitality work.
Construction will be carried out for Premier Project Management, a long-standing client of DDB that has been partnering with the contracting company for nearly 15 years.
Remington Hotels is a leading hospitality management company, offering industry-leading service and prowess in property administration. Founded in 1968, Remington Hotels is recognized for its premier service and industry excellence, managing nearly 150 hotels today.
