Legal Being Pursued Against Fin sol group, ripe now llc, fsg capital lp. Founder and Managers

In Feb 2020 Fin sol group asked us to join their project for micro funding. After they claimed to have raised $250,000 they lost $44k to a company that said defruaded them then another $200k to foreign broker firm for helping them.

If anyone is doing business with Wayne Weisenfluh or Brian Bearden. I would stay clear of any investments they try to talk you into.

Lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism has our investment pretty much lost as they make excuses after excuses.

We are now moving towards legal action as they keep saying no money has been generated or managed by them for 4/5 years but also they have supposedly gone through 2 fruad situations where they lost money and yet to rectify our original contract agreement.

Wierd they say no money has been made but they list on their one of their social media pages that they have $1.5mm in AUM (amount under management)

Next course legal action with damages and anything the courts will allow usnto go after like interests for the time period as well.
