Sightour Reaches 10,000+ Users in Logistics with

Asia's leading Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) company, Sightour, officially announces that its logistics user base has exceeded 10,000. Since becoming Asia's first company to launch a no-code AI-OCR platform in 2020, Sightour has successfully broken through the limitations of traditional OCR technology, entering fields like complex layout recognition, special rule processing, and rapid model generation. Sightour's AI technology is widely used in government agencies, FBSI, manufacturing, and accounting industries, providing both on-premise and fully automated machine learning solutions. In an era of frequent concerns over public cloud data breaches, Sightour offers top-level data security, solving critical issues for labor-intensive and hard-to-recruit industries.

In 2024, Sightour launched fully unmanned automated document processing for logistics industry documents like Bills of Lading, Shipping Orders, Invoices, and Packing Lists, covering the entire workflow from AI-OCR to RPA. Currently, it has over 10,000 users and serves tens of thousands of import and export trade companies.

This year is recognized as the inaugural year of Generative AI. Sightour's co-founder, JJ Lu, commented, "Sightour launched Asia's first on-premise, hallucination-free Generative AI - AnyChat, where the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) component automatically generates content once the documents are fed into the hardware. Combined with the all-in-one sales package, businesses can enjoy the benefits of ChatGPT-like features with on-premise security."

Sightour's Auto-RAG technology also supports multi-departmental document management, allowing each department to store and retrieve its historical documents, enhancing retrieval efficiency and avoiding inter-departmental data interference. Through the integration of AI-OCR and RPA technologies, Sightour has further extended hyper-automation to Generative AI with responsive capabilities.

Despite many large software companies and enterprises also launching their own large language models (LLM), Sightour remains a valuable technology partner. JJ Lu stated, "With Sightour's advantages in Document AI, combined with audio and video converters, Sightour assists other software companies in quickly establishing RAG, directly reducing LLM implementation time."

Recently, Sightour received subsidy from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, accelerating the application of innovative technology across various industries. Sightour's innovative solutions demonstrate Taiwan's strong technical capabilities in the fields of Generative AI and IDP, actively benefiting businesses across Asia.
