Depending on the kind of yarn and the needs of the process, the warping process can be separated into three categories: ball, sectional, and beam warping.

Beam warping machine
Definition
Several warping beams are merged, sized, dried, and woven into a weaving beam after a specific number of warp yarns are wound in parallel on the warping beam. This process is also referred to as a batch warping machine. This technique involves splitting the entire number of warps needed for the fabric into many batches that are as equal as feasible, then winding them onto multiple warp beams in accordance with the process's necessary length.
Features
Fast warping speed, high production efficiency, and mass production suitability are the advantages of beam warping machines; nevertheless, the large amount of yarn loss is a drawback. It is challenging to organize the color warps for warping yarns with many colors or twist directions. As a result, it is limited to warping single-color or homemade textiles. The majority of warp beams are appropriate for warping textiles made of single-color yarn since they must undergo a sizing procedure in order to become weaving beams.

Sectional warping machine
Definition
Divide the entire number of warps needed for the fabric into several equal strips based on the color cycle and creel capacity. In accordance with the designated width and length, the warp strips are wound one at a time in parallel onto the warping drum before being rewound onto the weaving beam.

The process of sectional warping involves splitting all of the fabric's warp threads into several tiny pieces, each of which is twisted into a strip on a big drum. The length is cut and consolidated once it reaches the desired length, and then the second and third strips are rolled one after the other until all of the process design's strips are finished. The strips are unwound from the big drum and threaded onto the weaving beam once they have all been rolled.

Features

Ball warping machine
Definition
Prior to being colored and coiled into a warp beam on a warp drawing machine, a certain quantity of warp yarns are first bundled and wound into a mesh ball-shaped yarn mass. This type of warping produces uniformly dyed warp strands that work well with premium colored textiles like denim.
Structure
The warping head and creel are the two components that make up the ball warping machine. On the creel, place cylindrical or conical bobbins. After being extracted from the packaging, the yarn is wound on the warp beam after passing via the tension device, the warping machine's guide rod, the telescopic reed, and the yarn guide roller. Additionally, the warping machine has tools including a complete beam automated stop, a length measurement device, and an upper and lower warp beam.
V-shaped, half-moon, rectangular, and rectangle-V-shaped are the four categories of creels.
Two kinds of yarn are distinguished based on how they unwind: axial and tangential.
It is separated into two categories according on how the bobbin is changed: intermittent and continuous.
It is classified as either single type or double type based on whether a package is ready. The duplex type is separated into continuous and intermittent types, whereas the single type is intermittent. On the single creel, only functional bobbins are attached. The machine will stop and remove the empty bobbins when the yarn on the entire batch of bobbins has been unwound. It will then restart after changing the empty bobbins out for full ones. Each warp yarn in a single creel has a tension that is quite close together, takes up little space, and is simple to use.
However, it is appropriate for the manufacture of high-quality cotton, wool, and silk fabrics since a large amount of yarn is returned once the bobbin is changed. The working package and the preparatory package are entered into the two sets of package brackets that are part of the compound continuous creel. The preparatory package's yarn end is attached to the working package's yarn tail. This type of creel can increase the warping machine's production because it doesn't have to stop when the can is changed. But each warp yarn has a very different tension, and the creel takes up a lot of space.
A trolley combination creel and a rotary creel with collective can be utilized to increase the warping machine's efficiency. A working creel and a preparatory creel make up the rotary creel. The preparation creel is turned to the working side and attached to the head to become the working creel when the yarn on it is ready to be unwound. A number of moveable trolleys and frames make up the trolley combination creel. The empty trolley automatically departs and the full trolley moves into the working position when the yarn on the creel of a set of trolleys is unraveled.

Additionally, the creel has components for tension control, super-tension breaking, and automated yarn clamping. The high-speed warping machine has automated end-stop, automatic pressurization, automatic upper and lower shafts, and high-power hydraulic braking devices. It drives the warp beam directly with a hydraulic variable-speed oil motor and a thyristor DC speed-regulating motor.
