Mr. Chiu is the President and has resumed his responsibilities fully and still maintains control of his 5,000,000 Non-Dilutable Super Voting Preferred Shares and Ivy So still holds her control block of 35,000,000 common shares. The company is currently working on reinstating its Pink Current status with OTC Markets. The company will continue to issue progress reports as they occur.
