Gaskov Clerge Foundation Celebrates it's 25th Anniversary

Palm Beach, FL - August 29, 2024 - The Gaskov Clerge Foundation (GCF) is proud to announce the 25th-anniversary edition of its flagship event, Fete Creole/Fet Kreyol, taking place on September 7, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport. With At Home Woundcare INC as a presenting sponsor, this event will honor Haitian culture and the incredible impact GCF has made in underserved communities across Haiti over the past quarter-century. The event aims to raise funds for healthcare and education for underserved communities in southern Haiti.

Fete Creole/Fet Kreyol has evolved into the largest Haitian benefit party in Palm Beach, drawing a diverse audience of cultural enthusiasts, philanthropists, and community leaders. This year's celebration promises to be more significant than ever, featuring a headline performance by the legendary Haitian band T-Vice, alongside two renowned DJs, DJ Bertin and DJ Chris Lex. Guests will also enjoy cultural performances, indulge in delightful food tasting from different regions of Haiti, and the warm, vibrant spirit of Haiti. This diversity showcases the inclusive nature of this event.

Founded in 1999 to honor the legacy of Gaskov Clerge, who was intensely passionate about education and sports, the Gaskov Clerge Foundation has continuously worked to uplift communities in the South of Haiti through medical missions Klinik Fonfred, scholarships, sports initiatives, and housing projects, particularly in the wake of the 2021 earthquake. In 2023, the foundation raised $143,523. This year, the foundation's goal is to raise $200,000 to cover the costs of patient transportation services and the growing need for medical staffing.

"Fete Creole is not only an event but also highlights the resilience and love of our community," said Cosy Joseph, GCF's Chairperson. "For 25 years, we have brought people together to celebrate our rich culture and to continue the work of uplifting rural communities in the south of Haiti, a cause that Gaskov was very passionate about. As we look back at our accomplishments, we are inspired to remain focused on the future as we continue our mission to educate and serve with duty and love."

"As we mark this historic 25th anniversary, GCF invites businesses and individuals to partner with us as sponsors. Sponsorship packages offer a unique opportunity to gain visibility within the Haitian and greater Palm Beach communities while supporting GCF's ongoing initiatives in Haiti. We have tailored options from Soley/Gold to Kominote/Silver sponsorship levels to fit various contribution levels."

Tickets for Fete Creole/Fet Kreyol 2024 are now available, with options for individual seats, tables, and sponsorship packages. Interested persons are invited to an evening of celebration, culture, and giving back.
