This idea has taken off from some few informal meetings at the Matrix headquarters to a whole group of women working together to empower each other while holding a portfolio of properties worth millions. There is spirited courthouse bidding and weekly wine and cheese events, at properties under renovation, where the ladies network and see the process close up and personal. There is even a syndicated television show in production about the adventures of the Fabulous Flipping Females.

Matrix Operations Director, and Flipping Female, Catherine Bell says, “I believe that women are superior at the real estate business because of their fundamental being: women are relationship people.” She continues, “I believe there are women all over Maricopa County who would like to become real estate investors, they just need a supportive & collaborative environment.”

As part of the Flipping Females, women learn how to find Phoenix house flipping projects, obtain financing if needed, identify “must do” parts of the home to remodel, find and work with contractors, when and how to sell the home.
