Fabulous Flipping Females Photo Shoot Party a Huge Success

The Fabulous Flipping Females photo shoot and press party came and went down a huge success! It was on October 20th at the Matrix Headquarters, located at: 2406 S 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034, and was well-attended by friends of the Matrix, the press and bloggers. This “woman's club” of the Matrix matches women, interested in flipping houses in Phoenix, with some of that organization's top executives and proficient Phoenix people who flip houses; who just happen to be women.

Phoenix, AZ, October 25, 2016 -- The Fabulous Flipping Females photo shoot and press party came and went down a huge success! It was on October 20th at the Matrix Headquarters, located at: 2406 S 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034, and was well-attended by friends of the Matrix, the press and bloggers. The ladies were looking fabulous as usual and the party was catered with Greek food and wine.

Matrix Head Honcho, Daniel Scott, said, “It was great to get together, break bread with old friends, while meeting some new ones.”

The Flipping Females are a special part of the Matrix Investor Group just for the ladies. It has been known for quite some time that real estate is one of the industries where ladies out-perform the men. It has been theorized that this is because women are relationship people and success in real estate is all about relationship building.

The party kicked off at 4:00 pm with the Greek food and wine being brought in for the group. A photo shoot was then done with the women dressed all in black, with pink accessories, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In addition to hundreds of photos, shot by the professional photographer and press, video was shot as well. It was the most fun Phoenix learn to flip houses party of the year.

This “woman's club” of the Matrix matches women, interested in flipping houses in Phoenix, with some of that organization's top executives and proficient Phoenix people who flip houses; who just happen to be women. The Flipping Females gives interested ladies a place to network and learn in a supportive environment.

After a time, with the excellent Greek wine flowing, things loosened up a bit with yet another photo shoot of the ladies kicking pink balloons around. Then somebody put on the “Pit Bull” station on Pandora and things got really wild! The music was turned up and a conga line formed with everybody dancing around the room.

Matrix COO, and Flipping Female, Catherine Bell said, “We've found that, for whatever reason, some of the women (who turned out to be amazing Phoenix house flipping professionals) lacked confidence coming in. We created the group to provide Phoenix training on flipping houses, in a supportive and fun environment, for the female members of the Matrix.”

Around 6:00 pm, things began to wind down and people began going their separate ways. Contacts were made, reaffirmed, and a good time was had by all. The Flipping Females, once more, proved that they are the most fun how to flip houses in Phoenix club around. At the end, it was announced that the Flipping Females are in talks with a network regarding hosting a TV show about the ladies' exploits. The Phoenix flipping houses in 2017 scene promises to be an exciting one!
